Mini-Z Brushless Motor

The Team Orion Vortex motor technology is multi-time world cham-

pion both on-road and off-road. The Vortex Mini-Z brushless motors

represents the porting of this superior technology to the world of the

Kyosho Mini-Z racing cars. The brushless equipped Mini-Z cars offer

performance that was previously unheard of.

Vortex motor technology ensures both performance and reliability.

Three different motors offering different levels of performance are

available. 5600Kv is the lower performance longer runtime motor and

the 9500Kv is the higher performance shorter runtime motor. No matter

your driving skills or track condition, Team Orion has motor for your

needs!

Motor with integrated heatsink

The Team Orion Vortex motor technology has won several on-road and

off-road world championships. Using this technology we have developed

a micro sized brushless motor, specically for use in Kyosho MiniZ cars.

The major difference with the Mini Vortex VST2 is in the cooling design

of the motor, the heatsink is integrated to the motor case, improving

cooling and efciency. The Mini Vortex VST2 motor is the ultimate per-

formance improvement for your MiniZ car.

Vortex Mini-Z Heatsink

Mini-Z Aluminum Heatsink

The optional aluminum cooling sleeve is specically designed for Team

Orion Mini Z brushless motors. To install it, simply pull off the original

plastic sleeve and slide this aluminum one in its place.
